Job Description As a residential real estate solicitor, you will be advising on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including landlord and tenant issues, financing transactions, certificates of disclosure of title, new build transactions, and voluntary lease extensions.
The Successful Applicant The successful residential real estate solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who can start a role at short notice. Experience dealing with HNW and UHNW clients would be highly beneficial.
