TITLE: Regulatory Solicitor Advocate PQE: 3+ LOCATION: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in-office) SALARY: Excellent + Benefits THE ROLE: We are seeking a talented Regulatory Solicitor (Advocate) with healthcare regulatory experience to join a dynamic legal team based in London.
This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote work and two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle fitness to practise cases, representing clients in complex regulatory matters.
• Act as an advocate before disciplinary panels and regulatory tribunals.
• Provide strategic advice on healthcare regulations, professional standards, and public protection.
• Conduct investigations into professional conduct and manage case files from inception to resolution.
• Liaise with healthcare regulators and other relevant bodies, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a strong track record in healthcare regulatory law.
You should possess demonstrable experience in fitness to practise work, gained either in private practice or in-house with a healthcare regulator along with excellent advocacy skills with experience in handling cases before regulatory tribunals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex regulatory issues are essential.
