About the Role Direct Patient Care : Assess, plan, and provide top-notch nursing care Medication & Treatment : Administer medications and manage respiratory therapy Team Leadership : Assist with staff orientation and provide support Patient Education : Help patients and families understand care plans Emergency Response : Act swiftly and efficiently in emergencies Qualifications ? Valid nursing registration in the country you work in ? Associate's or Diploma in nursing ( minimum) ? 2 year's experience in a long-term care facility ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills ? Ability to perform tasks like IV insertions, CPR, and patient transfers ? Physically prepared for the demands of patient care ? Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ready for a meaningful nursing career and a balanced lifestyle?
