Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Ensuring adherence to company operational policies by all team members.
Overseeing the delivery of quality care in line with company standards and CQC regulations.
Organizing monthly caregiver meetings and weekly office team meetings, with documented minutes.
Leading, training, supervising, and managing a team of care staff.
Communicating company updates, goals, and news to the branch team.
Managing facilities and utilities, addressing any issues with approved suppliers.
Implementing business continuity plans to minimize service disruptions.
What Were Looking For: Full Driving License Experience in CQC Registration - Prior experience in managing domiciliary care services, including running an 800-hour/week service.
Leadership Skills - Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
Strong Communication - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and families.
Relevant Qualifications - NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
