As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be building and leading a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate.
You will be responsible for leading a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across a specified region to meet and exceed unit, revenue, employee NPS, and customer NPS objectives.
About this role (Responsibilities)Hire, retain, and motivate high performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive resultsProvide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives are able to meet and exceed their individual and team sales objectivesPossess strong leadership skills with the ability to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify changes neededPromote trust and encourage collaboration to effectively resolve conflict and navigate change managementProvide guidance into the sales motion in UK including but not limited to organizational structure and lead sourcesUnderstand the payment processing industry and be able to develop a GTM strategy given our payments modelPossess technical knowledge to collaborate with the onboarding department and be the leader in market to ensure successful customer go-livesReport on competitive intel in the European market and strategize on growth playsWrite and manage quarterly business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive the strategy of the team and keep the sales team on trackDo you have the right ingredients?
(Requirements)Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levelsProven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environmentAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environmentExperience with the Challenger methodology, sales funnel management, and data driven operational excellenceOur Spread of Total Rewards
