Main duties of the job The role involves managing key administrative functions for the Senior Regional Leadership Team, including diary and email management, responding to correspondence, and addressing daily issues on their behalf.
The post holder will provide regular briefings, ensure the team is prepared with relevant information for meetings, and support the creation of high-level reports and presentations.
Additionally, they will manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and conferences or events at both national and local levels while maintaining strong communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
