Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team.
The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulation, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisationl skills, excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties To provide the administration and financial services within You & I Care in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed.
Formulate an annual planner of the various billing dates and alerts of meetings.
Participate in the maintenance of You & I Care 's management information systems.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the Service Users we support.
Ensuring compliance levels meet CQC and local authority requirements.
Monitoring of branch compliance in conjunction with the Registered Manager to ensure contractual and regulatory expectations are met.
To prepare actions to ensure compliance issues are rectified in a timely manner.
To continue with the improvement of our high compliance levels of the service we provide.
Conduct the care induction program for new starters.
Develop effective working relationships with other YOU & I CARE LTD employees.
Skills Required In depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulation and industry standards Attention to detail Previous Experience in a compliance role Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently Strive for improvement.
Communication skills.
Minute taking.
Problem-solving skills - Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise.
Organisational skills - Ensure all documentation is maintained in line with You & I Care policies and procedures.
