Role Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and scheduling interviews Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process Collaborating with team members to refine sourcing strategies and improve our candidate outreach What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Experience in recruitment or resourcing is advantageous but not essential - a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
