An independent, 1,250-person strong creative company, that exists to transform its clients fortunes by disrupting the categories they operate in.
VCCP is fully integrated, with deep capabilities in data and analytics, brand strategy, communications, customer experience, media, production and distribution.

As Recruitment Partner, you'll have the freedom to be creative and influential in driving the ongoing implementation of our Recruitment Strategy and continue to drive our inclusive culture.
You will bring the sort of innovation and inspiration to the hiring experience that will continue to make us stand out as a world class agency.
You will also be influential to senior stakeholders when sharing your knowledge of the talent market, our competitors and our recruitment partners.
You'll know the latest trends for talent attractors and recruitment methodologies.
You'll work closely with the Head of Recruitment to manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
You'll develop relationships with senior stakeholders (including c-suite), heads of departments and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and deliver against our SLA's.
The Recruitment Team works in tandem with the People Team day-to-day, but we also hot-desk around VCCP to spend time with our Hiring Managers and wider teams.
Part of this role will be to continue to raise the profile of the Recruitment team within the Group to ensure we are a trusted partner and credible for all hires - at all levels and all departments.
Confidence in communication both written and verbal is key - we are the face of VCCP to candidates and external recruitment partners.
Our Recruitment team are hands-on with sourcing and interviewing candidates at all levels.
This role will involve F2F interviewing.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: With the Head of Recruitment, continue to build on our progressive talent acquisition approach that proactively advances our Recruitment Strategy Monitor recruitment trends to identify and attract existing and future talent pools With the Head of Recruitment and DE&I Collective, provide strategic guidance for talent pipeline projects to realise our DE&I agenda - translating strategies to action Continue to evaluate our hiring process across the Group to ensure a consistently excellent experience for our people and candidates Be the pioneer for the team for AI and how it can help us with recruitment methods Act as lead operational recruiter - building strong relationships with hiring managers across these departments Coordinate and attend interviews - first stage screen calls and, where required, with Hiring Managers Keep up to date on salary benchmarking for market rates, ensuring utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential conversations Monitor our service to the VCCP Group to enable measurable targets for the team to demonstrate the commercial business impact across the Group Review and implement an ATS to enable us to continue to monitor our progress and identify where improvements can be made to support our recruitment capabilities Maintain the dialogue with candidates - give feedback to candidates in a timely manner, keeping it constructive and as positive as possible, even when they are unsuccessful Analyse our recruitment data to track against our KPI's to maintain our best in class service Monitor and evaluate our PSL to ensure we're maintaining relationships with the best recruitment partners Proactive and take the lead with Hiring Managers eg provide weekly status updates F2F Manage external Recruitment Partner relationships.
Be the point of escalation for the team for any enquiries and disputes Develop networks with external communities to identify and build potential talent pools and attraction strategies to support our long-term DE&I strategy (this might involve speaking at public events) Be the face of VCCP at Recruitment and industry events - networking and presenting where required EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET REQUIRED: Proven track record in a recruitment agency environment working at pace and with high volume Experience in marketing and advertising - particularly with creative agencies, recruiting at a senior level Adept at interviewing candidates at all levels - able to build rapport with candidates quickly - we are the face of VCCP A regular user of LI Recruiter - ability to search and build pipelines An appetite for improving processes - this is an entrepreneurial environment with a challenger mentality A creative, systems thinker who can come up with progressive ideas on how we can push the boundaries of recruitment Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to take the lead on operational recruitment A proven track record of creating and delivering recruitment initiatives, particularly those focused on delivering diversity and inclusion strategies Analysis and reporting skills; the ability to deliver data-informed recommendations and strategic approaches Good communication and influencing skills, and ability to present and deliver information in various formats for a wide range of stakeholders Able to project credibility, build trust, and deliver results Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations for deliverables An understanding of diversity best practices Previous experience of implementing and onboarding an ATS would be an advantage Working knowledge of G Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) Highly organised, meticulous with file naming and sorting Attention to detail is key so that all interviews are arranged in the correct format and candidates are submitted to line managers in a consistent manner Experience in the London job market is highly desirable ATTITUDE: A passion for Recruitment and the advertising industry A proactive and challenger mindset Resilience to keep going in a fast paced environment Strives for excellence Can do attitude Approachable and personable Builds rapport and is able to quickly establish excellent working relationships Team player VCCP DE&I STATEMENT We believe that DE&I is about creating a strong culture of inclusion within our agency, where everyone can thrive and be their authentic self.
