Role Overview: The Recruiting Manager will report to the EMEA Recruiting Director based in London and work alongside a Senior Manager, Manager with support from a Coordinator.
The Recruiting Manager will lead on all lateral recruitment (Associates and Counsel) for the firm's London, EMEA and APAC offices.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the recruiting team and hiring partners to identify and meet Associate/Counsel recruitment needs across our EMEA and APAC offices.
Including understanding long-term strategy and utilisation levels across practice groups and jurisdictions.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from recruitment plans and sourcing to managing the offer process.
Provide a professional and efficient recruiting experience for our candidates and hiring partners from start to finish, from initial touchpoint to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Tracking and processing all recruitment-related expenditures such as external advertising and recruitment fees.
Form solid relationships with international stakeholders and work with lawyers to identify recruitment needs.
Qualifications/Requirements: 5+ years legal recruitment experience ideally within a global law firm.
Experience recruiting internationally and liaising with global stakeholders.
The ability to communicate well with applicants, lawyers, all levels of administrative staff and contacts outside the firm.
