Job Overview: We are hiring a talented Recruitment Lead with a strong track record building AAA teams at a top startup or equivalent.
This role will be instrumental in sourcing and closing C-level, managerial, and technical talent for our holding and portfolio companies.
Duties and Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Guide and mentor our recruiting function.
Sourcing & Strategy : Develop market-leading sourcing strategies to find the best talent.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, CEOs, and global teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
Process Optimization: Continually refine and optimize processes.
End-to-End Recruitment: Screen, interview, and close candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive experience.
Market Expertise: Act as a market expert, leveraging trends and best practices.
Qualifications: At least 1 year as a AAA recruiter with a desire to now take a step up: higher-stakes and a team.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai or currently based in Dubai Top 1% sourcing and selling skills with extreme extroversion.
Extensive local and global market knowledge of the best companies to poach from.
