Catalyst Partners is working with a globally recognised independent investment advisory firm to find a talented Recruiting Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our client's Campus and Lateral Recruitment processes.
This individual will be central in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Role Summary: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews and managing job postings to organising events and supporting onboarding activities.
You will work directly with recruiters and candidates, providing administrative support across all phases of the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Lateral Recruitment: Support the Lateral Recruiter with administrative tasks related to investment banking and corporate recruitment.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, post job ads, schedule interviews, and manage candidate feedback.
Review candidate applications against key criteria and ensure compliance with GDPR standards.
Manage recruitment databases and talent pools, communicating with candidates as needed.
Liaise with HR to facilitate onboarding, support CISI exam enrolment, and manage agency invoices.
Campus Recruitment: Assist Campus Recruiters with administrative support for undergraduate and graduate programs, summer internships, and full-time placements.
Coordinate the campus recruitment cycle, from job postings to interview scheduling and day-of interview logistics.
Organise campus recruitment events, including presentations, educational sessions, and networking events.
Track expenses, manage job listings, and maintain data integrity across recruitment databases.
Skills and Experience Required: Experience in a recruitment or HR support role with a strong track record in interview scheduling.
Previous experience with campus recruitment support is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with HR and onboarding processes in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
