What's the purpose of role: Your role as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator – is to support the business with candidate attraction and conversion for all hourly paid roles within our London sites (Heathrow being the main location but also offering supporting at Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton and Bristol).
Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, you will assist with implementing a recruitment strategy which is tailored to the geographical differences at each site.
Sitting within our supportive, fast-paced HR team you will be responsible for the liaison with functional managers/Regional Directors and your role is pivotal to the smooth running of our continuous recruitment process within our Southern sites.
Who you'll deal with: Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Regional Directors, HR Team, Payroll Team External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centre's, Job Boards, and additional external stakeholders What you'll be doing: Sourcing and attracting candidates for all hourly paid vacancies within your region via job boards and recruitment/hiring days.
Liaising with operations and functional managers across the business to manage expectations and queries whilst providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates for recruitment in your region Advertising and maintaining vacancies on a variety of job boards via our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Collating management information (MI) on a weekly, monthly basis and reporting on your findings Reviewing data and findings, creating innovative solutions to obstacles, and applying corrective actions Delivering an exceptional recruitment service to the business looking at continuous improvement of our recruitment methods and innovation in our attraction techniques Monitor market trends and keep up to date with key events which could help drive key roles in the business Conducting interviews and inductions when required Adhere to strict Civil Aviation Authority and UK Visa and Immigration pre-employment requirements Providing administrative support to the wider recruitment team if necessary This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary dependant on locality or role complexity and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.
What you'll have: 12 months experience working within a similar fast paced role Experience using job boards.
Flexibility to travel to each of our sites within the London region Experience working with External Agencies to support specialised recruitment roles Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
