Recruitment Coordinator Analyst

They are seeking a Business Development Analyst to join their London office.
This role offers an exceptional platform for growth, supporting three BD Directors and involving hands-on responsibilities like coordinating senior-level hiring processes and competitive intelligence research/data support.

Growth and Collaboration : RESPONSIBILITIES Support Directors with the hiring of Senior Level roles across various locations Manage Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System - add new candidates, add notes, move process along, etc.
Schedule all interviews across multiple locations Insert feedback from every interview into Greenhouse and schedule the follow-up interviews Communicate with candidates to move them in the process as well as reject them Assist with reporting and data entry, working heavily in Excel and preparing decks Conduct competitive intelligence research and gather data QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
