Recruitment is not helping people get jobs, it's a highly challenging and rewarding sales role where you spend 60% of the time sourcing and finding new clients (businesses) to work with.

Recruitment is a career that will often require you to work longer than the contracted hours (a typical day is 8am-6:30pm) because it will give more flexibility for your clients and candidates to take calls before or after their working hours so please make sure you have looked into the commuting time to the office in Wimbledon.

The Role You will be a full-desk (360) recruiter which means you are responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish This means you will spend half of your day doing cold outreach and business development to build new client relationships & sell our services to high-level hiring managers at companies external to Harnham that need support in hiring specialized talent for their teams and then spend the other half of the day sourcing and screening qualified candidates for the roles.
You will develop candidate and client relationships through various means such as cold calling, headhunting, networking, etc., and will provide a high level of service and expertise in the market to become their go-to recruiter You will be working in a highly productive sales environment and will be expected to consistently hit targets that have been set out for you You can expect to face rejection (especially when cold calling) throughout the day as this is a sales role, so you must be able to be resilient and motivated to pick yourself back up and keep pushing forward We're specialists in data and AI talent solutions, catering to all levels of seniority and expertise.
