Prospero Teaching are looking for a Recruitment Consultant within the educational recruitment sector, with a focus on sales, relationship-building, and meeting the staffing needs of schools.
We have some warmer desks available but also some new patches which have an opportunity to fast track into a management role.
We are seeking driven consultants who strive for further success.
Experienced consultants who want to challenge themselves, have the hunger to move the business forward and to aim to build a team for themselves.
Prospero Southampton is one of our most successful offices and we want like minded consultants to help us push on further in our growth along the South Coast.
Responsibilities: Engaging with Schools: Identify and collaborate with both new and existing schools, making in-person visits to understand their staffing needs and offer recruitment solutions.
Attracting Candidates: Sourcing teaching professionals who align with the school's needs and ethos.
Recruitment Processes: Conduct interviews, post job ads, and manage vacancies, focusing on compliance requirements.
Vacancy Fulfilment: Filling positions on both a supply and contract basis.
Required Skills and Experience: Recruitment/Sales Track Record: Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential Compliance Knowledge: Understanding specific compliance regulations related to recruitment in education.
Workload Management: Ability to manage high-volume workloads and work under tight deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, handling stakeholders at various levels.
Personal Qualities: Ambitious and Driven: Looking for someone who is competitive, eager to achieve, and proactive in their approach.
Confident and Outgoing: The role demands strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with schools and candidates.
Resilient Under Pressure: Capable of managing multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.
