We work as a partner supporting all hiring in either Primary, Secondary/ FE and SEND.
You will be considered if You have a minimum of two years experience working in Education recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant You have experience winning new business with new schools You have a proven record of billing well booking in day-to-day, long-term and perm (TTP) You actively source and qualify candidates You manage the client's needs and expectations You maintain strong relationships in the market You've built a solid network We are looking to qualify good Education talent.
