Recruitment AssistantAward-winning US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant to their acclaimed Recruitment Team, who has experience and understanding of working in a legal or professional services recruitment environment and the processes involved.
This will be a permanent role based in the firms stunning City based London office.Salary to £35,000Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Involved varied roleThe Recruitment Assistant will provide support to the Recruitment Team for all aspects of Attorney Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment functions.Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:Assist in launching recruitment search and hiring approvalsOversee administration of candidate application trackingCoordinate interviews and follow-up on interview feedbackCoordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks and work authorisations.Assist in maintaining relationships with external agenciesRecruitment Assistant Key Skills:1 year+ recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environmentExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
