My client, a growing forward thinking and innovative agency that specialise predominantly in supporting the recruitment for large tech clients going through growth and transformation are currently looking to hire a fluent German speaking recruitment delivery consultant/account manager.
You can come from an inhouse, RPO or agency role for this position.
What is important is that you are great at sourcing candidates and can speak fluent German and English.
They will also sponsor you if you need it!
The roles you work on will predominantly have a tech focus due to the type of businesses and accounts they work on however there will also be commercial roles and high volume operational roles involved too.
You do not need to have done tech recruitment before although it would be helpful.
Please note this role is office based 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
The office is based in Central London near London Bridge station.
The role Review applications and screen candidates Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn and a variety of job boards Contact candidates on the database Qualify candidates for clients roles and gain their interest in being put forwards.
Write candidate summaries and job descriptions and job adverts Manage the recruitment process with current clients, from taking role details down to managing interview and offer processes with the candidate and client.
Managing relationship with client accounts and increase coverage and scope of account where possible into new areas, geographies, or new contacts etc.

What are they looking for?
You will need to be fully fluent, or native speaking in German in order to do this role.
Someone with ideally 18 months plus recruitment experience, either in an agency, inhouse or RPO background.
You can have been a delivery consultant or a 360 consultant whom prefers the delivery side.
Ideally you will have managed the full relationship with clients and had client contact in terms of taking role details down and managing process of interviews and offers It would be ideal if you have worked on a mixture of hard to fill roles where you need to do proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and have experience of filling high volume account roles for established clients.
You will be very team orientated and enjoy working as part of a large team, being very collaborative, passing leads, helping team members etc as this is an important part of their culture.
It is not essential that you have done IT recruitment before The company will sponsor the right individual if you are relocating from Europe for this role so don't worry if you will not have work rights for the UK yet.
