Choice Care a Domiciliary Care provider is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual on 20hours per week to join our growing team as a Part Time Recruiter.
As our Recruiter you will: Source and screen top talent : Searching for and approaching suitable candidates..
Build lasting relationships : Cultivate connections with candidates, becoming their trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
Register new candidates : Implement user-friendly processes for attracting and onboarding talented individuals.
Maintain accurate records and data : Ensure everything runs smoothly with meticulous attention to detail.

We're looking for someone with: A keen eye for talent : You have a knack for identifying potential and assessing skills, going beyond resumes to see the spark within individuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : You can build rapport quickly, present yourself confidently, and navigate conversations with ease.
Organisational skills : You can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Tech-savvy : You're comfortable using recruitment software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology.
About The Role Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Screening Resumes Coordinating Interviews Attend Job Fairs & Hiring Events Managing background and reference checks Tracking staffing information Managing all admin duties associated with recruitment/Training Skills Needed About The Company Choice Care was founded in 1999 by husband and wife, Andrew and Fiona Key.
With more than 25 years' experience in the health and social care sector, Andrew and Fiona combined their background in nursing with a passion for delivering high-quality home care services in Lancashire along the M65 corridor, that bridge the gap between traditional home care and nursing.
Whether it's working directly with private clients and their families or in partnership with social services, Clinical Commissioning Groups, solicitors and health professionals, we strive to provide the best possible care and support for some of the most vulnerable people in our community, tailoring our care services to meet their needs.
We work closely with organisations such as East Lancashire Hospice, the Stroke Association, Dementia UK, Parkinson's UK and the MS Society to share resources and make sure our staff are up to date on the latest skills and training.
Our team of dedicated carers are all vetted and trained to gain the qualifications they need to help them carve out a long-term career in care.
Company Culture We provide induction training and carers must reach the required level of knowledge in each subject area.
They must also complete a number of shifts with a supervisor to make sure they're competent at following care plans and delivering the required level of care.
New recruits will also be working on achieving their diploma/NVQ qualification in care, which takes between 6 and 9 months to complete.
