Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal recruitment team on a maternity cover basis.
In this role, you'll work directly under our Group Recruitment & Media Manager, supporting the entire recruitment process from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires.
This will include working closely with hiring managers across the business to establish hiring needs and sourcing candidates through adverts while conducting proactive searches/direct sourcing through job boards and LinkedIn.
You'll conduct initial screenings with suitable candidates before progressing relevant candidates through for hiring managers to review.
You'll ensure a smooth preboarding and onboarding process is carried out with new hires and strive to create a welcoming environment which makes our new colleagues feel welcome from day one!
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in various external employer branding initiatives and internal communications content.
The role of a Recruitment Resourcer at BBF Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Sourcing candidates for live vacancies through adverts and proactive searches/direct sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn etc.)
Conducting telephone interviews with candidates (screening CVs) Completing and distributing recruitment authority forms (RAFs) through our E-Signature software to relevant stakeholders Liaising with candidates promptly, keeping them updated on the status of their application.
Liaising with hiring managers and providing suitable candidates for live vacancies.
Sending interview confirmations and calendar invites to candidates and hiring managers.
Completing necessary onboarding paperwork.
Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
Assist with the creation of employer branding content, including videos.
