About the role You'll deliver robust, clear, and commercially focused legal advice on property matters to align with business needs.
Influence transaction efficiency, risk mitigation, and cost management across Royal Mail Group's extensive property portfolio and ensure that property transaction processes are completed efficiently.
You'll understand strategy, transformation, operational and commercial risks, and help execute property transactions in an efficient, risk-aligned manner.
To oversee outsourced legal work, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Royal Mail Group standards.
About You Qualifications and Experience: Legally Qualified Solicitor with a number of year of post-qualification experience in property law, ideally within a business managing a large property portfolio or as an associate in a law firm.
An inhouse secondment placements is desirable.
