If so, our Property Surveyor role could be the perfect job for you The role In this key positionyou will liaise with in-house teams, contractors, and customers, undertaking both pre and post inspection of works.
Youll complete surveys for defects and repairs within properties ranging from DMC related works to structural defects.
Youll carry out quality inspections on completed works and assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts.
An excellent understanding of health and safety, good attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential.
To join our team you will need to.... Be educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction Have an understanding of responsive repairs, voids works, planned and cyclical repairs requirements.
