Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Contractor, Lichfield - Up To £350 Per Day (Outside Ir35)

Description My client is a civils main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £40m.
They currently have a number of civils projects in the Midlands and are in the market for a freelance Project Quantity Surveyor to support the existing commercial function.
The minimum expected duration for this position is 12 months.The ideal candidate will have:• Project experience including: roads, drainage, earthworks, bridges/structures, remediation, s38/s278 works, flood alleviation, culverts etc.• Contract knowledge - NEC3&4 options A-C, ICE, JCT.• Regional contractor background.
