Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a highly ranked law firm in the Legal 500 and a Top 200 firm, is looking for a junior solicitor/associate to join their Property Litigation team, which is part of the wider disputes practice. In addition to its own clients, the team integrates with our Family, Property, and Private Client teams on aspects of their work.

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to slot into the core of the team at a junior level, ideally 1-3 PQE. We seek a committed and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys this area of law and wishes to be a top-performing litigator.

Commercial and residential landlord and tenant issuesReal property disputesParty wall and rights of light workTLATA claimsProfessional negligence mattersSpecialist leasehold enfranchisement practice You will have strong academics and be working within another London firm or a leading regional firm.
