We have direct client instructions from a highly-regarded mid-sized City practice.
Our client law firm has a strong reputation in a number of practice areas and an established record in both real estate and finance generally.
Now seeking to grow their property finance group, this is an exceptional opportunity to play a key part in a recognised team.

The role itself will involve a broad range of matters from the finance side.
You will be acting for both borrowers and lenders on a variety of high-value deals across all manner of property work, including acquisitions, investment and development.
Applicants should have a stable career history and current experience in a property finance or finance team in a Legal 500-rated London team or a leading regional/national firm.
You should have approximately three to six years' PQE; however, we will consider strong applicants just outside of this level.
