You will manage a diverse caseload including multimillionpound claims across several sectors such as solicitors construction surveyors and accountants negligence.
You will work alongside an experienced and established team with the support of dedicated marketing and new business teams making this an exceptional opportunity to grow your career within a niche area of law.
You ll have the chance to be part of a renowned department within redacted and its subsidiary redacted known for delivering outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities: Handle your own caseload of complex professional negligence claims.
Work on highvalue claims across various industries including legal construction surveying and accounting.
Collaborate with the department head on larger cases.
Work closely with the team on group projects and tasks.
Requirements Experience in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution .
Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules .
Grade A or B solicitor confident in managing cases independently with some supervision.
Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems.
Strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
