A Professional Discipline Solicitor is required to join a London Professional Discipline team working on behalf of a variety of Regulators.
The Professional Discipline department employs some of the country's most talented people, nationwide, and they require an experienced Professional Discipline Solicitor who will have worked on behalf/or for a regulator or working on Professional Discipline cases.

The work will involve managing a caseload investigating Professional Discipline cases where it's alleged that the registrant has been guilty of serious professional misconduct or has a conviction which renders them unfit to practice.
Each case is unique and offers a variety of challenging and rewarding work from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour.
Salary to £82,000+ hybrid working + flexible hours + bonus.
