JOB DESCRIPTION About The Team:The role of the Team Leaders, is responsible for overseeing an area of the production process during the shift, leading a team of operatives to ensure that the KPIs and our Customer expectations are met in full and on time.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and food safety and quality standards.What You Will Be Doing:Leading a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on timeFostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagementSchedule and assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedbackDealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams as requiredMaintain up to date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) on production, food safety data and analyse this data to identify trends, problems and opportunities for improvementEnsuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintainedWho You Are:Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environmentPractical knowledge and experience in an operational environmentExperience in an FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environmentProven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment or distribution centre environmentProven knowledge of warehouse and production environmentWhat you will get in return:? 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes?
