We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a Domiciliary Care Service based in Doncaster.
Our client is a well-established provider of domiciliary care services, committed to delivering the highest standards of care to its service users.
The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of a busy home care branchWork closely with your Care Coordinator and Field Care supervisors in ensuring the delivery of quality care, by trained staff, personalised care packages and through efficient rotasCollaborating closely with the Managing Directors to devise marketing strategiesWork to increase the care hours delivered by the branch, with a key focus on private referred clientsEnsure refresher training and induction training is delivered to a high standard and all staff are equipped with the skills & knowledge to provide exemplary careBe responsible for the recruitment of care and support staffReview the branch processes and ensure they are inline with current CQC standards The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role should have: Prior experience in managing a domiciliary care service offering circa 2000 care hours per weekAn NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationExceptional organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to lead and motivate a teamExperience in delivering induction training would be desirable, but not essential The Package: The Registered Manager role comes with: An annual salary of up to £40,000, depending on experienceA performance-based bonus28 days holiday, increasing with length of serviceA pension schemeHealth insuranceOngoing training opportunities The client is a reputable provider of domiciliary care services, dedicated to offering high-quality care to its service users.
