Production Operative Pertemps Stoke are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our client's growing team in Stoke-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities for this Production Operative role: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
Assist in quality control by inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Handle, store, and manage raw materials safely and effectively, following health and safety guidelines.
Support warehouse and dispatch functions, including loading and unloading, as needed.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support a safe and efficient environment.
Skills required for this Production Operative role: Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Good attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) license would be an advantage, though not essential.
