Prepare cook and present highquality dishes including meat fish and vegetables according to established recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to all health and safety regulations Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils crockery and other kitchen equipment Communicate effectively with kitchen and frontofhouse staff to maintain smooth operations Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting Qualifications : Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of proper food storage and rotation practices Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings and weekends Right to work in the UK Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime
