The role of the Production Coordinator is to assist with all the administrative tasks associated with delivering new products and updating existing products to market across all brands within the company group, including assistance with sample tracking, TM requests, sourcing of swag items and design tasks management.
Managing the end-of-day emails on project/product status updates.
• Create research and benchmark analysis on new product ideas and categories.
• Work with Design to complete and finalise production artworks.
• Proofread and review artwork edits – maintain the artwork specs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget through timeline and critical path management.
• Manage new asset approval process and provide completed designs back to requestors.
• Project management experience • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
