Offer legal assistance to the Alternative Funds business, focusing on fund establishment, investment, and mandates.
Provide guidance on the implementation of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices concerning alternative funds, including their marketing and distribution.
Oversee legal risk for the Global Alternatives business, ensuring compliance with group policy requirements.
What will make you successful?
