Private Client Solicitor - Probate, Wills, and Trusts (5+ PQE) - Stratford-upon-Avon / Hybrid Working Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 Are you an experienced Solicitor with expertise in Probate, Wills, and Trusts?
We are working with a leading law firm in Stratford-upon-Avon seeking a motivated Lawyer to join their growing Wills & Probate department, where you'll have the chance to provide top-tier advice to clients and contribute to the team's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert legal advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Trusts.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including Wills, Estate Accounts, and LPAs, managing a diverse caseload effectively.
Ensure prompt client follow-ups, maintain detailed attendance notes, and attend client meetings in the office, hospitals, care homes, or client homes as required.
