Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive | Leamington Spa3 days per week home-workingWe are working with a highly successful, forward-thinking, expanding law firm based just outside Leamington Spa's town centre, who are seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a wide-ranging civil litigation caseload.You will be fully supported in this position by an experienced team.The Role:• Running a caseload of civil litigation matters including debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership, property disputes and trusts litigation• Drafting and advocacy• Assisting and overseeing less experienced staff• Dealing with enquiries promptly and proactively• Use of a legal case management system• Liaising with clients and keeping them fully updated• Liaising withthird party professionalsSuitable Candidates:• Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx)• 3 years'+ experience in civil litigation• Experience in handling a wide-ranging caseload of litigation maters• Experience of using a legal case management systemThis is a full-time permanent job offered with a range of benefits including:• Home working 3 days per week• Free on-site parking• days' annual leave, rising to days plus bank holidays• Company pension scheme• Regular appraisals• Discounted legal fees• Staff activities• Professional qualifications (industry-specific) fully funded• Continuous Professional Development – the cost of courses and seminars will be met by the company and paid leave granted to attend these to meet your CPD requirements
