Conveyancing Fee Earner

ConveyancerOur client, a reputable Midlands based full service firm, are looking to recruit two experienced Residential Property Conveyancers / Solicitors to join their team at their Stratford-Upon-Avon office.
Duties Include:Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensionsLiaising directly with clients, estate agents and lendersDeveloping professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of workGenerating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
Ideal Candidate:To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience: Hold a relevant qualification (i.e.
