Vacancy: Private Client Solicitor £,+ Position: Full time, permanent Location: Sheffield My client is a Legal , well established firm with offices across the North East and Yorkshire.
Due to expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in the Sheffield office!
The role and duties: High value Private Client cases; capital tax planning, trusts, asset protection and succession issuesCalculating inheritance tax liabilities on death and assessing and advising on methods of reductionDrafting wills and letters of wishes, powers of attorney, trust, deeds of appointment and advancementDrafting full estate accountsDealing with all aspects of estate administrationCompliance requirements for trusts and other entities, including the Trust Registration ServiceAttending meetings with the personal representatives and third parties& more when required The successful candidate will be/have: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQEStrong attention to detail and good organizational skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verballyA STEP membership (preferably) In return they offer back: Agile workingEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension schemeLife Assurance pensionPrivate Medical InsuranceFamily friendly benefitsSocial events0 chargeable hours per year& more!
