Job Title: People Partner Location: Holborn (2/3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities: Drive individual and regional performance through effective influence and coaching of business partners. Provide robust, fact-based feedback to shape and guide strategic decisions. Develop and support the execution of plans to deliver transformative change. Coach leaders to enhance their growth and effectiveness. Collaborate seamlessly with our team to achieve shared goals. Key Requirements: Strong generalist HR experience – good with senior stakeholders. Team player with excellent communication skills.
