Job summary We are seeking a People & Culture Projects Manager.The posts primary importance is in the innovative approach to the delivery of our People & Culture Services in line with our Trust Strategy.The post holder will be responsible in the creation and delivery of all new People & Culture service projects whilst supporting the People & Culture Service Desk Team Leader and Team with any complex issues or queries.Flexible working options can be discussed for the appointed candidate.

Main duties of the job As thePeople & Culture Systems Project Manager you will act as a ''system expert'' for both the staff e-rostering system and ESR (payroll database system commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care for the NHS).
Possessing the ability to use the systems at a complex level, utilising the high-level understanding in the systems capability to ensure maximum usage and recognising future systems development and utilisation, benefitting the Trust and all system users.
You will deputise in the absence of the e-Roster or ESR Manager to oversee both day to day and the implementation of projects and delivery plans About us We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
