We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global beverage brand to hire a People Business Partner to support the UK Sales function on a 13 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Sales management team to co-create and implement an innovative people strategy that supports team performance and growth.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted advisor on all people-related topics, providing insights and guidance to influence positive change and help Sales exceed their business targets.
Coaching & Empowerment: Champion, coach, and empower managers to take full ownership of people-related decisions, from talent attraction and retention to performance management.
Employee Relations: Lead on employment relations, providing pragmatic solutions while staying up to date on employment legislation.
HR Calendar & Compensation: Oversee workforce planning, salary reviews, and ensure alignment with our compensation philosophy.
Provide insights on market data to support strategic talent decisions.
Talent Management & Development: Partner with the Talent Specialist and line managers to create a Sales-specific training program and ensure the development of high-potential employees.
Third-Party Agency Management: Work with our 3rd party field sales team and their HR counterpart to address recruitment, training, and people management challenges.
Projects & Analytics: Lead key people projects such as engagement initiatives, compensation reviews, and headcount planning, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for business decisions.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a large, fast-paced environment.
Strong background in developing and implementing people strategies that drive performance and growth.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with HR systems and analytics platforms (SAP, Business Intelligence, etc.)
is a plus.
Central London Based - 4 days in office £65-70k (potential flex depending on experience) + generous bonus and benefits package Immediately available candidates or those on a short notice period needed for latest Jan/Feb Start
