The Role: We're seeking a dynamic team player who will relish the opportunity to directly impact thousands of kids a week through the power of sport.
As our People and HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring, developing and bolstering our 150-large sports coaching network.
You'll improve our recruitment processes and apply new ones, and help to cultivate a vibrant work culture amongst our coaches.
Your role will involve boosting team engagement, maximising coach retention and hiring top new talent.
What You'll be Doing Development - Leading on the development of our 150-large coaching network through the design and implementation of training programmes, support networks and performance management.
Talent ID - Running the show for hiring by posting jobs, identifying top talent, setting up interviews, and helping new folks settle in.
HR Administration - Taking care of HR stuff like keeping employee records updated, doing background checks, and making sure we follow employment laws.
Retention & Engagement - Work closely with our programme management team to boost coach retention by championing our club culture and values, introducing creative incentive schemes and organising fun team-building activities.

You thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of business acumen.
You're a problem solver, a creative thinker, and you've got experience in HR, recruitment, or business administration.
Bonus points if you've got a passion for sport or a background in the industry!
Additionally, You're comfortable using technology and open to new ideas that keep us ahead of the game.
