The real estate practice is undergoing a period of rapid change, and is a core part of PwC's wider Real Estate Network.
The Real Estate team focuses on core transactional work, either stand-alone projects or as part of a wider tax-led project or corporate and business structuring projects.
The team also has specialisms in advising both landlords and tenants, ultra high net worth individuals, property rich corporates, private family offices, developers, and investors.
We are looking for a paralegal with transactional commercial real estate experience, and ideally some residential experience, and general administrative background to join this growing friendly team at Senior Associate level and help support the continued expansion of the team in London.
The ideal candidate will want to help with key efforts to grow the team and profile raise, including business development, thought pieces, and internal networking.
What Your Days Will Look Like You will work on a wide range of projects across the specialisms covered by our team.
Work is varied and there is the opportunity to get involved in both the administrative side of the business as well as technically challenging projects (with support).
You will be expected to run client engagement/risk matters under the supervision and to work closely alongside the other fee earners in the team.
Embrace the challenge of turning your hand to many different types of real estate work.
You will be expected to prepare marketing materials and legal articles to promote the team's work, and to grow your own network.
This role is for you if Practising paralegal in the UK.
Excellent academic background.
A solid general administrative and transactional background.
An interest in working in a variety of real estate areas.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Primarily a team player but also able to work under own initiative.
Clear, articulate and confident in written and verbal communication skills.
Keen interest in helping the team with internal business development projects.
