JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to assist the legal department in a variety of legal disciplines including technology, media and telecommunications, intellectual property, real estate, data protection and corporate and commercial law.
MAIN DUTIES: Contractual Guidance : Oversee and advise on the terms of contractual arrangements across various business areas and jurisdictions, including supplier agreements, service agreements, joint ventures, and property leases.
Intellectual Property Management : Handle a range of IP matters, including protection, enforcement, strategic planning, and portfolio oversight.
Documentation and Compliance : Draft and update precedent documents and bespoke agreements, ensuring alignment with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
Risk and Governance Advisory : Provide insights on risk management, regulatory frameworks, and governance practices to support informed decision-making.
Cross-Jurisdictional Coordination : Collaborate effectively across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment.
