Paralegal

An exciting and challenging opportunity for a full-time Paralegal with strictly 3 years' experience (preferably with experience in Conveyancing/Civil Litigation to provide the best possible services to support Team MT UK (Head Office, Twickenham, TW2 7EX).
Requirements - Applicant must be able to handle client caseloads, taking statements and undertake research on the cases;- Applicant must have skills for drafting documents and letters;- Applicant is required to understand and interpret complex legal argument;- Applicant is required to exercise judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the merits of a case based on facts and law under the supervision of the concerned solicitor;- Applicant is responsible and accountable to clients, line managers and tribunals, courts and higher courts for the high quality of service provided;- Applicant fully understand the matter of confidentiality (including GDPR) and conflict of interest situation.The role also requires regular interaction and communication with clients as well as accurate and essential data maintenance through our case management software system.Candidates applying for this role need to forward their CV with a covering letter by email to ****** NO APPLICATION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED WHICH ARE LESS THAN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THE POSITION.
