Ensuring access to the correct medicines, at the right time while also focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process.The successful candidate will be required to work within a large Pharmacy team, and must be able to communicate complex information effectively and appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills, an ability to manage their own workload and have experience in staff management and training.
Support the sourcing, procurement, and stock management of medicines, ensuring supply is efficiently maintained at UHBWActively manage the 'Off Contract' claims activity in accordance with department procedures and guidelines and ensure all documentation and systems are kept up to date, filed and efficiently maintained.
