Requirements What You'll Be Doing Supporting our Operations and Customer Service team by ensuring day-to-day operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Supporting communications between Hertility and fulfilment partners.
Ensuring timely delivery of the end-to-end customer journey.
This includes forecasting for and dispatching automatic and manual orders. Effectively supporting internal teams to achieve key processes underpinning delivery.
Problem solving issues when plans are off track and escalating risks where required.
Owning and reconciling the packaging and merch stock.
Helping to optimise our workflows through internal auditing and improving processes.
Thinking in terms of scalability: contribute to expanding our operations as we scale.
Supporting our Head of Finance with the management of the Finance inbox, processing of invoices, using Xero and bank reconciliations.
Working closely with our Quality Manager to ensure that we are compliant with our CQC registration, our ISO Accreditation, our internal audits and much more!
We're growing and this role is fast paced so there will occasionally be other tasks you'll be responsible for that may not be covered by this list.
What We're Looking For You'll thrive if you're passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring: Relevant Experience: A background in operations, ideally in a health tech, a start up and / or a regulated organisation.
We need someone detail driven, independent and able to work under pressure!
Confidence : We need someone who is passionate about exceeding expectations and is a confident, results driven self starter. Team Work: A collaborative approach is required in this role!
Organisation : Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. A great communicator is a must!
Solution Led: A solution orientated approach- when you see something not working you will flag it and be part of the solution!
Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Audi Experience: Internal audit experience and any financial experience all a bonus!!
Your Team You will be working and reporting directly into our Quality and Regulatory Manager - Bethan Davies You will also work closely with our COO - Dr Natalie Getreu and our Head of Finance - Charlotte Armitage .
