In Brussels and Washington, we are also market leaders in Public Affairs.The roleAs an Account Director you will lead accounts for our UK and multinational clients and play an instrumental role of the next phase of exciting business growth.The day to day: Being the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of client accounts (TBC subject to background/interests).
This will involve managing delivery, contributing to strategy and utilizing seniorDeveloping integrated campaigns, working with media and digital specialists across thebusiness, while leading on public affairs activations.Becoming a trusted advisor.
Our clients want thought partnership, which means you need toknow their issues as well as they do and offer smart strategic thinking to help them stayahead of the political/regulatory agenda impacting their business.Developing new business through networking and lead generation, responding to externalbriefs and cross-practice identified opportunities, identifying opportunities for organicgrowth, and leading proposals and pitches.Helping to shape our broader Public Affairs / Corporate Affairs offering in an enablingenvironment, where your ideas will really count and you will have the opportunity to lead.Inspiring, mentoring and motivating junior team members to build a highly engaged andproductive team.Ensuring a high standard of work and superior client service, always with an eye to driving the satisfaction that supports client retention and growth.Contributing to office, global and regional network initiatives and knowledge sharing.You'll also be involved in making wider contributions to the agency overall.
This will includeleading and supporting cross-office initiatives in respect of marketing, business development, strategy and culture.
