We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy team.
The Role The Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining an organised work environment and supporting various office functions.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting directors in day to day admin Sending/replying to emails Ensure compliance with timesheets Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage schedules and appointments.
Support financial operations by assisting with bookkeeping tasks using Sage.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
