HR Support Officer Oxford £16 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract (6 Weeks) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Support Officer in Oxford.
This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job: Acting as a point of contact for enquiries.
This includes drafting and coordinating responses to queries from employees Assisting with the preparation of communications and documents Ensuring the implementation of new team pay and reward structures.
Investigating complex queries and issues Seek input from project team colleagues, HR Business Partners, Legal, , Information Management, and Communications as and when required.
